Medicinal Ingredients (per capsule): Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera, root) 300 mg (12:1 extract, Dried Herb Equivalent 3600 mg, standardized to 5% withanolides).
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Magnesium stearate, Hypromellose (vegicap), Maltodextrin, Milk Products.

Helps increase resistance to stress/anxiety in individuals with a history of chronic stress, thereby improving their overall quality of life. St. Francis Herb Farm Ashwagandha VegiCaps offers the convenience of capsules coupled with greater potency than is found in other capsules.
Recommended Dosage: (Adults) Take 1 capsule 2 times daily on an empty stomach.
Cautions and Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consumption with alcohol, other drugs or health products with sedative properties is not recommended.
